PURPOSE & MISSION STATEMENT The purpose of the Niagara Falls Block Club Council is to: - unite block clubs established in the City of Niagara Falls, NY; - assist in the development of new and emerging Block Clubs in the City of Niagara Falls, NY; - work for improved conditions regarding drug and crime prevention, security, public safety, lighting and cleanliness in order to enhance neighborhood living conditions; and - create programs and projects for the Council and Block Clubs and - apply for available grants to become a self-sufficient organization. All Niagara Falls Block Clubs are asked to participate in clean ups in their neighborhood area and are welcome to attend the Beautify Niagara kickoff and picnic. Please contact Norma Higgs 282-3599 niahigg@aol.com if you need the assistance of the Niagara County Sheriff Work Force in your area and she will help arrange for a clean up date with their crew.
